While using tried and tested cleaning practices we are also commited to new innovations to drive efficiencies, which we pass on to our client base. This can take many forms through advances in equipment, technology, chemicals as well as revised cleaning concept ideas. We are constantly looking for and trialling products and systems to help advance the quality and effectivness of the services we offer. We regularly attend cleaning conventions around the world seeking out new ideas and solutions for the next generation of cleaning.

We use a colour coded cleaning system for our chemicals and equipment, so they can be implimented and used safely in the correct areas. By use of this system it stops cross contamination. An example of what this means, cloths and mops used to clean toliet areas will not be used to clean your office or kitchen.
We also have an innovative bespoke computer based help desk and issues logging system. This ensures any questions, queries or complaints are dealt with efficiently and quickly leaving an audit trail. This audit trail can then be used to compile mangement information reports. This is just a few example of the things we do to bring an innovative approach to cleaning.

Environmentally Focused

We strive to keep our carbon footprint low by the use of LEV’s’‘’ (low emission vechcles) for our fleet. We have also pioneered the use of chemical dosing systems in the retail market. These ensure the correct amount of chemical dilution is used, which goes to help the enivroment through less wastage, higher productivity and less VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). These include enviromentally friendly dilauteable chemicals, fast drying acrylic floor finishes and enviromentally friendly daily use chemicals for toliet, glass and floor cleaning.

Many cleaning contractors can be difficult to get hold of when you need them the most. By simply calling our help desk your issues will be dealt with quickly and effectively.

Alternatively to assist the response effectiveness to your specific contract we operate a telephone esculation process through our local area management by supplying contact information on a tier of responsibilty. Starting with the local area supervisor, area manager, regional manager through to operations director to resolve any issues.
